named-checkzone.exe 9.4.1-P1 fails on windows

Anyone else see this or have a work around for this issue? I had no
problems until 9.4.1

Here how it looks from a cmd window:

	C:\WINDOWS\system32\dns\bin>named-checkzone.exe
..\etc\mediascholarship_com.db
	..\named-checkzone.c:127: INSIST(0) failed.

	This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
	Please contact the application's support team for more
information.

Here's how it looks in Windows event log:

Faulting application named-checkzone.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting
module named-checkzone.exe, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00001131.
