no.

daughtertwo.example.com. CNAME webserver.webhotel.com.
..or..
daughterone.example.com. A 192.0.2.47
daughtertwo.example.com. A 192.0.2.47
The rest is Apache config; to deal with the fact that the same http server
will get requests for both domain names. It will differentiate by using the
host header in http. That, however, is off-topic here.
