Resolving domain

Hi,

I have problem resolving some domains like (aleshq.net)... When I traced the
problem I found that my DNS couldn't resolve that domain ns servers. No IP I
got If I "dig ns1.sbaar.com a". But if I made "dig ns1.sbaar.com a +trace" I
got the IP. Now If completely stop my named server and start it again I can
resolve that domain and reach it's ns servers. What could be the problem?
