No, the zone 40.168.192.in-addr.arpa will only resolve names under 
40.168.192.in-addr.arpa, and never names under mydomain.com, 
mydomain.net or anything like that. It simply does not have control over 
the resolution of names in that part of the namespace hierarchy.

Do you understand that zones are connected to each other in a 
*hierarchical* fashion? It would be total chaos if anyone could define 
any name in any zone...
