Changing output of bind

Even domains you do not manage? You want to tinker with the resolver
so it never replies "No such domain" but always give back an IP
address? If so:

1) Indeed, several IAP do so,

2) It is an extremely bad idea and, as an user, I would not want it
from my provider or my company,

3) I do not think it can be done in BIND without, indeed, editing
source code.
