how to set up a dyndns-server

hi,

i'm running "bind-9.2.4-7_EL3" on a "White Box Enterprise Linux release
3.0 / Linux version 2.4.21-37.EL".

lately one of our clients asked us if we can supply him with a
dyndns-server, so i need to find out
if my nameserver can act as a dyndns-server.

i couldn't really find enough info on that while searching the web.
most of the available info seems to
focus on dyndns-clients. in addition to that those clients sometimes
can only deal with dyndns.org and
not with any other dyndns-server ...

anyway - how can updates from (windows)clients be done on a linux host?

i would be glad if you could support me on that or point me to a
helpful howto-webpage.
