TXT record problem (Timed out)

Hi,
  when I query my TXT record form internet using www.dnsstuff.com, said 
  Searching for mydomain.com TXT record at ns1.mydomain.com. Timed out.  Trying again.
  But it's ok when I query ALL(Any) or MX record, like bellow:
          Domain  Type  Class  TTL  Answer    mydomain.com.  SOA  IN  86400  
Primary DNS server: ns1.mydomain.com.  Responsible Name:   administrator at mydomain.com.  Serial:             2003021500  Refresh:            28800 (8h)  Retry:              14400 (4h)  Expire:             3600000 (5w 6d 16h)  Minimum/NegTTL:     86400 (1d)  
    mydomain.com.  TXT  IN  86400  "v=spf1 a mx ~all"
  .
  .
  .
  When I use dig command like 'dig txt mydomain.com, it's ok, and I can see TXT record.
  Is there a special step to publish TXT record or something wrong?
  I use BIND 9 for my dns server.

  Note: I change my real domain to mydomain.com
