If the current serial is > 4152603749 you can just set it
to todays date (2005120100).
(2005120100 - 2147483647) % 4294967295 = 4152603749
Otherwise set the serial as follows
new = (current + 2147483647) % 4294967295
wait for the slaves to catch up then set the serial to todays
date.
This presumes the serial is not 2005120101 which requires a
extra step.
2147483647 = 2^31-1 (0x7fffffff)
4294967295 = 2^32-1 (0xffffffff)
