Bind 9.3.1 (Address Already in use!)

Was PID 282 the process you started with the -g argument, or some other
pre-existing process? Give us some context here. If it was your process,
did you try making any queries to the loopback address? Did you get an
answer? I know those look like fatal errors in the logs, but you can't
believe everything you read in logs. If it works, it works, and then
your only task -- if you choose to pursue it -- would be to find out why
the log messages were erroneous.
