# dig usno.navy.mil +debug
; <<>> DiG 8.3 <<>> usno.navy.mil +debug
;; res_nmkquery(QUERY, usno.navy.mil, IN, A)

P.S I can NOT trace or ping 3 root DNS server, althought i CAN do
nslookup to them, for example, nslookup then server *****.
I think that part of my configuration file regarding root hints is fine.
Are there is some catch?
