How to redirect client to BINd9.3 name server

1. "rndc failed" message clearly says that the named is either NOT up
or rndc
   is not able to talk to right named process.
2. do a 'tail -f <path_to_your_syslog_file>' and watch for the log
messages logged
    by named process.
3. Are you using the default named.conf file or are you using named -c
<your_own_configuration_file> ? If you are using the default
configuration file then
make sure that /etc/named.conf exists and you have permissions to
access this file.

4. Make sure that the contents of named.conf (or your own named.conf)
is syntatically
correct.
