1. Don't use nslookup.
2. You don't understand something.

Try dig(1):
$ dig @172.20.210.3 bcn.com. axfr
What does that get?
-- 
     mail to this address is discarded unless "/dev/rob0"
     or "not-spam" is in Subject: header
