Nope. If you Google for "~integration bind microsoft dns", you
should find a number of useful pages. One I found was at
<http://redmondmag.com/features/article.asp?EditorialsID=273>, and
the white paper at
<http://whitepapers.zdnet.co.uk/0,39025945,60039177p-39000571q,00.htm>
also looks like it might be good. I'm sure that this is probably
covered in one of the books that Paul Albitz and Cricket Liu have
written, albeit perhaps not in the standard _DNS and BIND_ book.
I would encourage you to look at all the books shown at
<http://www.bind9.net/books> and see if maybe some of them might be
of some help to you.
