9.3.1 compile fails on HP-UX 11.11

Since you are using gcc, I presume you don't have access to the not so
cheap native HP-UX ANSI C (or C++) compiler - that one worked for me.
I haven't tried this combination, but you might want to try building
without IPv6 support, if you don't need it (--disable-ipv6, IIRC), and

And please tell your admin to fix your email server configuration, I
