BIND 8.4.6 Release won't compile

I've seen this compiler error before (don't recall if in BIND 8 or 
someplace else), if you look in the clock_gettime manpage you'll see you 
need to link with librt in order to be able to use it (by adding -lrt to 
the link command). As far as I can see from the command line that 
generated the error (I still haven't donwloaded the 8.4.6 release), -lrt 
is missing from the command line; it should be added to the nslookup 
Makefile.

Anyway, do you need nslookup that bad? Changes in 8.4.6 seem to be 
related to named mostly, at least looking at the Changelog.
