BIND 9 question

You can use a single zone for the whole class B, or you can create 
separate zones for each /24 within it.

I don't know what tool you're talking about -- BIND doesn't have any 
automatic setup tools.  So it sounds like you're talking about something 
from a third party, and you should ask them how to do what you want.
