I couldn't find any named log messages. "locate log | grep named" or
"locate log | grep bind" returned nothing.

one more hint: when I try to query by dig I get this :
# dig ozi.ozan
; <<>> DiG 9.2.4rc5 <<>> ozi.ozan
;; global options: printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
so dig cannot connect the named even if it is running?
