When doing DDNS, the updates are forwarded to the primary master named
in the SOA from any slave or other master, since the primary master has
the only "writeable" copy of the zone data, from which the other servers
download the information. The question is, what happens when the server
named in the SOA is unavailable, because it is down? What happens to
these updates, that are received by other masters?
