loopback IPs

I just installed BIND 9.3.0 on a Sun Sparc Solaris 9
machine. When running the make test, I was instructed
to run a shell script to install some loopback IPs
(see below). Now that the I have BIND configured and
installed, are these IPs still needed. Can I safely
delete them?
