can not resolve few sites

I do not think so. BIND 3 is incredibly old.

dig +trace www.gmx.de 

to see what's going on. 

Check the logs of your BIND server as well, ".de" is not a
delegation-only zone so, depending on your setup, it may be blocked.

PS: your name server sungava.mos.com.np does not listen to TCP
connections on port 53.
