[9.2.3] Resticting ports

Hi,

I tried to restrict bind to port 53 but I was not successfull. I tried

query-source address * port 53;
transfer-source * port 53;
notify-source * port 53;

but bind is still listening on certain random UDP high ports.

How can I restrict that?
