o.k. I've already got the dhcp update bit working so it wouldn't take long 
to implement the nsupdate side of things

o.k got this fixed, t'was a case of not seeing wood from trees. updates are 
now in their own log file.

Now all I've got to do is stop the d**n windows systems from attempting a 
DNS update all the time.
