Yes, but, what if someone types only the domain name into their browser?
EX: example.com
You might want to do this:
@ IN MX mail.example.com.
@ IN A 192.168.1.25
mail IN A 192.168.1.25
ftp IN CNAME @
www IN CNAME @
news IN CNAME @
It is best for "mail" to have its own A RR to avoid having the RDATA of an
MX RR reference a CNAME RR.
