CL=3 and CL=5 (ddns)

When I use ddns to update the db there is a CL=3D3 that appears on the end =
of each line of the file that maps hosts-to-address, and there is a CL=3D5 =
on each line of the file that maps address-to-host. Can some one tell me =
what it means...
