Zone Transfer Problem

I wrote:

There were error messages, but they seemed cryptic to the DNS
administrators of the off-site slave server:

     Jul 25 08:01:29 ns2 named[87]: transfer of '_sites.phy.anl.gov/IN'
       from 130.202.101.6#53: failed while receiving responses:
       file not found
     
     Jul 25 08:01:29 ns2 named[87]: transfer of '_sites.phy.anl.gov/IN'
       from 130.202.101.6#53: end of transfer
