I'm assuming that the domain you are talking about is n0sq.net? I'm also
assuming that your old static IP address is 65.41.196.41 and your new one is
65.41.216.16. Finally, I'm assuming that server1.n0sq.net is your master DNS
server.

Given the above, it would appear that the zone transfers are successful
between your master server and the zoneedit slave servers. Given that these
are the two new slave servers you have added since your IP address changed,
I would be inclined to believe that your problem relates to the
configuration of your old slave servers (i.e. the granitecanyon and
public-dns slave servers). Given that these old slave servers are returning
authoritative details, it is more than likely that part of the net community
is unable to resolve your IP address correctly, whilst others resolve
without difficulty (the reason you are receiving some emails but not
others).

I would suggest that you check the configuration of your master IP address
recorded in the old slave servers (i.e. the granitecanyon and public-dns
slaves). It is probable that these slave servers are rejecting the NOTIFY
message from your master as they believe that your master server is located
at your old IP address. In the interim, I would suggest that you immediately
remove these slave servers from the zone record in your master server, and
disable them as authoritative slave servers using your accounts at
granitecanyon and public-dns. If you do this immediately, things should be
working properly after a 24 hour period (as it would appear that your TTL is
86400 - 1 day). Once you have the configuration problems sorted with your
granitecanyon and public-dns servers you can then re-enable them as
authoritative slave servers for your domain and add them back to your zone
file.
