Please read the documentation. It would also help if you checked the
list archives before posting. You might find that the question you
want to ask has been asked (and answered) many times before. In this
case, the answer is in the FAQ that comes with BIND and the archives.
By default the name server uses a random, unprivileged port for making
queries to other name servers, for example when it is resolving.
