Intermittent name resolution problems

Hi list,

A customer is reporting an intermittent inability to resolve their domain name,
babysfirstsite.org, served by ns[1|2].room41.com. Other people have no problems
resolving the name even during these transient moments.

I'd appreciate the expert opinion of those on the list as to what would cause
these intermittent problems for her, whilst I and others experience no problems
at all.
