Daily BIND 9.2.3 crashes on AIX

But there is enough memory on our servers!

Environment:
OS: AIX 4.3.3.0 ML9
MEM: 1 GByte real memory
SERVER: BIND 9.2.3

named at server$ ulimit -a
time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) unlimited
data(kbytes) unlimited
stack(kbytes) unlimited
memory(kbytes) unlimited
coredump(blocks) unlimited
nofiles(descriptors) unlimited


named.conf:
...
max-cache-size 200M
recursive-clients 8000
...
