9.2.2 on Windows 2000 bug fixed?

Try installing 9.2.3rc1 and see what happens. From what Mark said there's
a problem with rc2 on Windows so you should wait for rc3. My version of
BIND 9.2.3rc1 shows that it works. I only know that rc2 on Windows was
a bad build.
