Problem 1. ns2.dyndns.org is a lame server for the domain. You need to
figure out why their secondary DNS service isn't working for your domain.
Perhaps their technical support people can help you.

Problem 2. The data for origen.iscdev.com in your zone file doesn't match
the glue record. The glue is:

origen.iscdev.com.	IN	A	68.20.46.65

but your server says:

origen.iscdev.com.	IN	NS	192.168.1.26.iscdev.com.

However, there's no A record for 192.168.1.26.iscdev.com. I'm guessing
that what you actually wrote was:

origin IN NS 192.168.1.26

which isn't really valid -- NS records should point to hostnames, not IP
addresses, and if they're being advertised to the public they should have
routable addresses, not private addresses.
