Changing IP Bind Wont Start

What IP's changed the NS records or your range of IP addresses?  What kind
of errors are you getting in the log files?  There is an option in the
named.conf options section that allows for query-source address/firewalls
and linsten-in port { address }  These could be the culprit but would help
to look at your log files and check the errors.
