Only one that springs to mind is the issues which requires the
transfer-format option set to one-answer.
Have a search in the archive for a fuller explanation.
The error you get sounds more like an NT system issue, I try not
to get involved in those, but I don't think you should be
creating the primary in the GUI.
The primary exists already, I think it is perhaps trying to tell
the Linux box to create the primary zone, and the Linux box
already has those, and doesn't interoperate with the Windows GUI.
