Well the doc directory in the BIND9 distribution is a good place to
start. doc/arm contains the BIND9 Administrator's Reference Manual
(ARM). For BIND8, documentation is in a separate tarball. It can be
found in the same place as the BIND8 source code. Source code and
documentation for BIND is available from the ISC web site --
www.isc.org -- and countless mirror ftp sites all over the world.
