You do what it says - you type. Anything. Random gibberish.
Something like this:
skeng'iwerng'aiwrg oainetb apj wroignWEPRG OUAZN ZI BOAIZN 'THNBM
SA304A'M"Q m
'pwmegf'apmrebaopmnb
atkhamwrgma;se;htmsa4pm bpamewrlkgfdnggiajnmrlkhgamn;etokhbm
aodfmfak43tm'EKGM A'F;LKBMZ.DVBM
APFEKMH'A;MEHAPO5TMHA?DWMG'CDMMG"ARWKGM'AMWEG;LAEMR;HGLMRTHA;
and it turns the random keystrokes into a random selection of key for
the communications. It will eventually tell you to stop.
