Migrating from 8.3.1 to 9.2...

I am going to migrate to 9.2.x but when I use my old named.conf (you will find below) I am having errors....Seems like I need rndc.conf and some modification in it config as well...Can anybody let me know what are the critical parts and what changes do I have to make (since I only have 3rd edition I only see 8.x commands)...Thanks
