Allowing an outside NS to host the PTR records for 1/4th of a cla ss C?

	Howdy, if one of our users has a block of 64 ips.. (209.51.194.192 -
209.51.194.255) and they want to manage the PTR records themselves what
should I do in my named.conf to allow this?
