Exactly what they say - you're missing semi-colons at end of line (or end of
element) - named.conf should use them like this:
options {
directory "/etc/somewhere";
pid-file "/etc/somewhere.pid";
version "UNKNOWN";
allow-query { any; };
blackhole { bogon; };
allow-transfer { transfer; };
transfer-format many-answers;
interface-interval 0;
};
zone "." {
type hint;
file "cache.db";
};
zone "0.0.127.in-addr.arpa" {
type master;
file "127.0.0.rev.db";
};
Note the ;

Chris
