Renaming Nameservers/Non-routable IP's

Hello,

I have a couple of questions.

The first is with regard to non-routable IP's.  On Freebsd, services such
as smtp, bind, http are each in separate jails.  Each jail is numbered
using non-routable IPs.  Only one routable IP are assigned machine.  Are
there any DNS issues that may become of using non-routable IP's?

Second question is regarding the renaming of another domains' nameservers,
being used as my slaves. Is it permissable?  (e.g. In my conf file, slaves
from
another zone, can I create A records for them and give them my domain's
names?)
