errors from recursive queries on bind921

i have just put my build of bind921 into production on one of our
resolvers, everything seems fine, and it started perfectly and is
satisfying queries okay, however i am getting the following in
/var/log/daemon.log

Jul  2 16:13:59 hostname named[214]: client <IP>#760: no more recursive
clients: quota reached
Jul  2 16:13:59 hostname named[214]: client <IP>#667: no more recursive
clients: quota reached

anybody have any ideas as to why, and what i can do to prevent it, or is
this a good thing to show clients sending too many queries too us.
