Unpack the binary kit in a convenient directory, run BINDInstall to install it.
Then read the readme.1st and then go to http://bind8nt.meiway.com/ for
details of how to set up the configuration and zone files. It won't start
without them.

Then go out and buy the book listed below for everything else.
