Does BIND 8.2.3 use more system resource?

Hello,
We have many cache only DNS servers which are Compaq DS 20 with Tru 64
5.1 Unix.
All servers had been installed with BIND 8.2.4.
I installed BIND 8.3.0 at two servers of them.
But it seems that these 2 servers have more traffic and cpu usage than
the others.
And these also have syslog messages which are "Jan 15 14:40:36 nsr16
named[6485]:
refused query on non-query socket from [207.14.100.134].53". These messages
are not appeared in the others.
The following is netstat result.
