Bind and Verbosity

in bind8 it's the load category under logging.  I didn't think bind9
even had a load category, but it's worth looking into.

Make sure that in your log channel you have print-category and
print-severity both set to "yes" and you'll be able to see which
category and severity it's logging at, then modify appropriately.
