As a side note:

Well, actually, not so much of a side note, really. Why do you want to
be able to use your authoritative name servers to resolve other domains?
Current best practice is to host non-recursive, authoritative servers
like these separately from recursive resolvers. You'd be better off
setting up a dedicated resolver than enabling recursive resolution on
your authoritative name servers.
