Because people refuse to migrate up to a newer and arguably better code
base unless they have to, and there are security bugs in older V8
versions that really must be addressed?
I know this must sound dumb, but with a demonstrable low [I no longer
say non-existent] incidence of SPAM from this mailing list, why do
people still use non-working e-mail addresses like
<... at nospam.ameritech.net>? A mailing list, even if it accepts
cross-feeds from a newsgroup, needs correct e-mail addresses.
