2538 Storing Certificates in the Domain Name System (DNS). D.
Eastlake, O. Gudmundsson. March 1999. (Format: TXT=19857 bytes)
(Status: PROPOSED STANDARD)

Eastlake may still be at IBM, but TIS Labs is now part of NAI, and
Gudmundsson may have gone elsewhere.
