DHCP & BIND dynamic updates

	This is file system permissions.   Named has to be able to
	create the file and modify to the file.  Note, under LINUX
	named gives up root's ability to override file permissions.

	Also I strongly recommend that you don't keep your zone files
	in /etc.  That you choose a seperate area (e.g. /etc/namedb or
	/var/named).
