In addition to what has already been said (which may apply, or may not...we 
can't tell until you give us the real zone file.  There's no reason to 
obscure DNS information; it is inherently public), your second and third NS 
entries are wrong -

> ns.isp1.net.	IN	NS	195.143...(providers IP)
> ns.isp2.net.	IN	NS	195.143...

If you want to say that ns.isp1.net and ns.isp1.net are authoritative 
nameservers for your zone, then you want lines like:

@	IN	NS	ns.isp1.net.
@	IN	NS	ns.isp2.net.

The way you have it now, you're trying to define which nameservers are 
authoritative for the zones/hosts ns.isp1.net and ns.isp2.net
