How to refresh bind-9.13 daemon

Hi all

Currently, I faced some difficulty to refresh my Bind-9.13 daemon.
Previously, in bind 8 I used "kill -HUP <named.pid>" to make any 
modification take effect immedieatly; but not in Bind-9.13.

Any body could help me?
