please don't take this the wrong way, but as someone who works at a
webhosting company, you need to have a good understanding of the DNS to
be in the webhosting business. i would suggest picking up cricket and
paul's book (DNS and Bind on O'Reilly) and also maybe 'Linux DNS Server
Administration' by Craig Hunt (on sybex; more bind8 specific information
which is mostly applicable to bind9 as well)

basically if you don't understand these basic concepts i don't think
you're going to get a lot of help here. if you ask specific questions
(nicely), and provide detailed information, i think you'll find this
list quite helpful. however asking such general questions is not going
to get you far.

to allow people to point their domains to your nameservers, you much
register the hostnames of your nameservers (after setting up the
appropriate DNS records) with whoever registered your domain name.

perhaps you haven't received a response because you're asking general
questions which are impossible to answer in a forum like this. the
answer to your questions would take a book, which is why you should read
the bind documentation and books related to the subject. THEN once
you've setup bind you should write in if you have problems (after
checking the archives for messages directly related to your problem).

when doing this, you should post your _actual_ configuration files,
_actual_ log files, and actual zone files where applicable. ie don't
try to disguise your domain name, hostname, ip address or any other
identifying data.

again please don't see this as a flame; but what you're asking for is
rediculous. you will find a number of examples of bind configuration
files and zone files online. there are also probably articles and
howtos which have the quick and dirty answers you are looking for.
